Rates quoted includes :

• Rates are quoted ++ subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
• Room rate quoted is inclusive of breakfast.
  

Terms & Conditions

• A Peak Season surcharge at RM130.00 ++ shall be applicable during Peak Period as shown below.
• Extra bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM69.00 ++ per bed per night with one breakfast.
• ABF are referred to as American Breakfast.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Baby Cot are provided free-of-charge.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
  Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
  After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

NORMAL PERIOD

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

PEAK PERIOD

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be
chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 31 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

A cancellation charge equivalent to a full length of stay for each room not taken up or cancelled shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Meals Rate

CHILD POLICY

There are no room charge for maximum 2 children under 12 years of age sharing room with parent. Only one extra bed(rollaway) can be placed in each room category and will provide at no charge.

Baby sitting services is available at a nominal charge of RM10.00 nett per hour. For services required after midnight, charges will be RM20.00 nett per hour and additional charge of RM20.00 nett for transportation shall apply.

HONEYMOON- (Year Round)

All honeymoon clients will receive fruits, king size bed decorated with flowers oetals and upgraded to the next room category, i.e from Superior to Deluxe and Deluxe to Grande Deluxe. A bottle of wine will be accorded for a minimum of 07 nights stay.

• Usage of Sinbad Club ( Kids Adventure Club) – 0900 hrs to 2000 hrs.
• 01 hour complimentary use of Tennis Court from 1100 to 1500 hours (subject to availability)
